November 2022 – $2,000 Donation to Veterans Home
ER Rick Hayden and Lodge Veterans Chair presented a $2,000.00 donation to the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau, MO. Ms. Katelyn Ivie accepted the donation on behalf of the MO Veterans Home.
November 2022 – Free Veterans Friday Meal
The Perryville Lodge #2701 provided a free meal to all veterans that attended the Friday night meal.
October 2022 – Veterans Luncheon
The Perryville Lodge #2701 hosted a veterans luncheon for the Afton Elks Lodge for their visit to the MNVM wall in Perryville, MO. Approximately 65 were in attendance from the Affton Elks Lodge.
June 2022 – Veterans Breakfast, Flag day
The Perryville Lodge #2701 hosted a veteran’s breakfast and fed 70 veterans and significant others. In addition, we celebrated Flag Day and the Army birthday. We unveiled a Veteran and a MOPH parking spots. Chuck Mudge, Roger Pleus along with Amber Crites and a representative from Girl Scouts changed the USA And MIA-POW flags.
